Lead Full Stack Developer  ·  Architecture and enterprise platforms

Building enterprise platforms since 2016: modular architecture, ERP integrations, cloud and applied AI.

Profile

Lead Full Stack Developer building and running enterprise platforms since 2016. I lead the architecture and development of a modular corporate suite with centralized authentication, automated deployments, an in-house Design System and an AI layer in production.

Achievements

  • Modular architecture with Module Federation: each team deploys its module without blocking the others.
  • In-house Design System published as a versioned package, with coordinated upgrades across every project that uses it.
  • Automated deployments with federated identity (Workload Identity Federation): zero service account keys stored in repositories.
  • Cloud cost governance: found a duplicated environment that made up 84% of a monthly bill, and applied retention policies to 66 GB of artifacts.
  • After a production incident, added a pipeline check that makes that class of error impossible to repeat.
  • Conversational assistant in production on the platform: it answers by calling tools against the source of truth instead of a data dump, with per-user memory and usage telemetry for management.
  • Three external portals (customers, suppliers and students), each with its own identity realm and the backend as the boundary: a third party's token never enters the internal network.

Experience

Lead Full Stack Developer

CELSA — Conductores Eléctricos Lima · Lima 06/2026 – Present

  • Architecture and development of the corporate suite: SSO, CI/CD and a Design System shared by more than ten independently deployed modules.
  • SAP Business One integrations through a single gateway that centralizes credentials and keeps each module from querying the ERP directly.
  • Platform governance: cloud costs, repository access with mandatory review, production alerts and decisions documented as ADRs.
  • AI governance: what each agent can do and say is defined by an allowlist of tools and versioned prompts, not in each module's code.

Analyst Developer

StudioXperto · Lima · remote 01/2026 – 05/2026

  • Ferreyros: Google Cloud monitoring alerts for HTTP errors and connection locks, technical guides in Docusaurus, and query scripts over Firestore and PostgreSQL.
  • Aprendix (Universidad Corporativa Intercorp): from Lumen to Laravel, split into academic, administrative and reporting services on Cloud Run with Cloud SQL.
  • UGEL Padre Abad: teaching records with an offline app for field supervision (Ionic, Nuxt, Node.js, MongoDB) and automatic feedback with Azure AI.

Analyst Developer

Intelica Consulting · Miraflores 11/2024 – 12/2025

  • Coordinated QA, development and business teams: planning, assignment and follow-up, meeting 100% of critical deadlines.
  • Technical mentoring, and Power BI KPI dashboards that the business areas use to make decisions.

Systems Analyst

BSF Almacenes del Perú · Punta Hermosa 11/2023 – 10/2024

  • Corporate systems in Chile and Peru: new features in .NET Core and Python, and batch processes integrated with SAP.
  • Mobile and web MVPs: GPS vehicle tracking, equipment inventory with incident logging, and a centralized logging microservice.

Full Stack Developer

inLearning / IDAT · Cercado de Lima 09/2022 – 10/2023

  • Evolved the EVA learning portal with Vue 3, .NET Core and SQL Server, and wrote the technical manuals that kept it maintainable after I left.

Freelance Full Stack Developer

StudioXperto since 2021 · Lima 01/2019 – 08/2022

  • Custom projects for clients across industries: analysis, full stack development and technical coordination of a small team, including training and follow-up.
  • Management modules for multi-site companies: tasks, HR and inventory with usage history per employee.

Intern → Junior Programmer Analyst

Sursa Gas · Chilca 08/2016 – 12/2018

  • As an intern, designed and built two integrated Sales and Production systems; as an analyst, improved response times for calculations, searches and printing by 70%.
  • The website I built is still online today: sursagas.com
